Ashley Kick is the Director of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing at DOEN, a collective of creative Los Angeles-based women. We make elevated yet wearable pieces for the everyday. Our line is inspired by vintage designs and our nostalgia for the California of past decades. In her position at DOEN, Ashley is responsible for leading e-commerce and digital marketing activities, consumer and brand experience, and driving revenue and growth for the company’s largest channel. In her previous positions as Director of Ecommerce at VIOLET GREY and Managing Director of El Toro Interactive, she oversaw projects as a marketing strategist, projection analyst and UX specialist advising many top brands such as Diptyque, Zac Posen, FRAME Denim and MALIN+GOETZ. She also launched the marketing of a number of celebrity brands, including Reese Witherspoon’s Draper James, Khloe Kardashian’s Good American and Hilary Swank’s Mission Statement. She also built up and developed teams at El Toro focused around: SEO, SEM, Affiliate and Paid Social Media Marketing. Her formula for success in new customer acquisition and brand building relies on three essential elements: timely and engaging content, third party validation and site experience. Through an understanding of User Experience, Top and Bottom Funnel Customer Acquisition and Branding, she has continued to propel companies forward as a trusted partner in the retail marketing industry.
