Bobby Costa

Bobby Costa is the Co-founder & COO at Givebacks, a for-profit social enterprise that enables brands, nonprofits, and consumers to do good every day without doing extra. Givebacks was recently recognised as the 375th fasting growing private company in the US by Inc. Magazine in 2022. Previously, Bobby worked as a strategy consultant for Stax Inc. and LEK Consulting and received his MBA from Duke University, where he concentrated in finance and strategy. With over a decade's worth of experience advising and operating companies in the technology and non-profit sectors, Bobby's experience and passion lies in creating for-profit business models at the intersection of social impact and technology.
