Tonia Miller

Tonia is a Director of Paid Media at Ovative. She leads the organization’s Affiliate and Influencer Marketing practices, responsible for defining channel strategies, overseeing team delivery, training, and development, and supporting clients’ programs through strategic initiatives. Tonia has spent over 15 years managing digital marketing through affiliate and influencer partnerships. Before joining Ovative in 2019, she oversaw efforts for brands like 1800Flowers, Mattress Firm, and 3M Post-Its. Her unique experience working for agencies, advertisers, and publishers enables her to critically plan and roadmap programs to ensure scale through efficient spend. Tonia lives in Chicago with her 14 year-old son, Ethan, and rescue pup, Shiitake. She’s passionate about health and wellness, lives for sunny summers outdoors, and loves cheering on her favorite teenage soccer goal keeper.
