Emma started her career working in procurement, learning the commercial side of business before transitioning into performance marketing as an executive at Merkle Periscopix. With over 15 years experience in performance marketing, Emma has headed up performance media departments and sat on the board at Merkle, iCrossing and MGOMD, as well as working inhouse at a leading pharmaceutical company and RS Components. After trialling life in agency and inhouse, Emma left in 2021 to co-found House of Performance.
